Fruma, daughter of Yakov, wife of Yehuda SLUTSKI. Died in 1915.

Could this surname be spelled Sluka or Sluki? I have family members named Slutsky but the story was that the original name was "Yupak" but it was changed at Ellis Island--which I know is not true.

This is my great grandmother, Fruma Brams Słucki. The name is Słucki in all Polish records. 4 of her children emigrated to the US as Slutzker.
